Polygraph
The validity of polygraph as a tool to deception, has been tried to be established through the following write-up. Polygraph measures, through various psychophysiological tools, the probability of an individual being involved in act or crime; trying to catch where he lies & where he doesn’t. There are varied methods for the same. Current study, find its foundation through landmark case studies where the system of polygraph directed the investigation, to a probable proper route. The paper runs alongside personal inferences and limitations on the case breakthroughs. The results and discussion are evaluated on the same basicity, concluding the paper with a curious and open remark, thus fulfils the hypothesis so generated on the validity of the scale.
