The end of the Arab – Israeli war saw the Lausanne Conference of 1949. Israel captured the West Bank from Jordan, Gaza strip and Sinai Peninsula from Egypt and Golan heights from Syria. On 22 September, 1948, the provisional State Council of Israel passed a law to annex all the land that Israel had captured in the war, and declared that any part of Palestine taken by the Israel would automatically be under in their control. In its history, Israel has never been freed from terrorism. They have specialists in the field of counter-terrorism, who have enlarged the scope of help to victims of act of terrorism.
