The end of the Arab – Israeli war saw the Lausanne Conference of 1949. Israel captured the West Bank from Jordan, Gaza strip and Sinai Peninsula from Egypt and Golan heights from Syria. On 22 September, 1948, the provisional State Council of Israel passed a law to annex all the land that Israel had captured in the war, and declared that any part of Palestine taken by the Israel would automatically be under in their control. In its history, Israel has never been freed from terrorism. They have specialists in the field of counter-terrorism, who have enlarged the scope of help to victims of act of terrorism. The social the victims and their families and provides recommendation, coaching and steering on any issue, be it emotional, socialor family. It has established a system for early designation of mental trauma, as well as the speed of treatment of traumatic injury. Victims are entitled to full payment for hospitalization and treatment, nursing, medical rehabilitation, drugs and medical help. In special cases, victims and their families are sent abroad for medical treatment. Mitigation measure are also a protracted list of advantages and grants by law, like distinction, housing help, grants for medical treatment, grants for access to medical instrumentation for citizens with disabilities, medical adaptation etc. Coaching focuses on distinctive problems that arise with victims because of act of terrorism, like trauma, grief, anxiety, etc.
