Investigation by DRASInt Risk examined an assault on Maya, a trainee in an industrial zone. Attacked while briefly outside the plant, she resisted despite injuries, aided by bystanders. The probe revealed gaps in security, reporting and response systems. Recommendations included stronger safeguards, evidence handling and possible police action, driving reforms to improve workplace safety and employee protection.
